If you are sorry for your sins that you have committed against God and have understood your need of forgiveness, then ask God to save you!
Just bow your head, before God, and admit to Him that you are a sinner. Then from your heart pray the sinners prayer, “God be merciful to me a sinner” (Luke 18:13)., come into my heart and save me, because I claim your promise that “He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” (John 5:24)
Simply praying a prayer does not save you. When you, from your heart, take God at His word, He accepts your act of faith in His promise and saves you!
